By using CourtMeTennis.com's websites, wholly owned and operated by TieBreakTennis LLC and hereafter referred to as Court Me Tennis, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Refund Policy: Any person who pays the annual membership fee for Court MeTennis shall have three (3) business days in which to request a refund, for any reason. A member requesting a refund should email admin@courtmetennis.com and be issued a full membership refund if the request is made within three (3) business days of the initial membership payment.
Eligibility: Members of Court MeTennis must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to join. Falsification of any information, including age, in the membership submission may result in a cancelled membership. Male members of Court MeTennis must be able to provide or have access to at least one lighted, playable tennis court with unlocked, working restrooms.
Non-commercial Use by Members/Viewers: No person may use any part of Court MeTennis in connection with any commercial endeavors.
Proprietary Rights of Content: Court Me Tennis and any affliates retain all proprietary rights for content on any of its websites or affliates. No one may use, copy, distribute or manufacture in any way the content or information provided on the websites.
Member Disputes: Disputes among members should be brought to the attention of Court Me Tennis administration by using the admin@courtmetennis.com email contact.
Copyright Policy: You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without express permission from the administration of Court Me Tennis or any affliates.
The materials posted on these pages by association members, or by Court Me Tennis may be retrieved solely for your own personal information and may not be downloaded to your own computer hard disk for any purpose. You may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute the contents of these pages, or use the contents of the pages in any manner for your own personal benefit or financial gain, without the express permission of Court Me Tennis.
Portions of these pages provide users an opportunity to exchange ideas, documents and information. The ideas, documents and information posted do not necessarily reflect the views of Court Me Tennis. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use the Web pages hosted by Court Me Tennis. Otherwise, your access to and/or use of these pages hosted by Court Me Tennis shall be deemed an express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Release and Hold Harmless Statement: As a condition of membership with Court Me Tennis and in consideration of being accepted as a Member and/or participating in or attending any Court Me Tennis event whatsoever sponsored by or affiliated with Court Me Tennis, each Court Me Tennis member releases all claims and holds harmless the Releases (defined below) from any and all liabilities, damages, expenses, cost, claims and causes of action that the Member may have or claim to have now or in the future against Court Me Tennis and its employees, officers, directors, committee members, representatives, affiliates and volunteers arising from or connected with the Member’s membership in Court Me Tennis, or participation in or attendance at (including travel to and from) any Court Me Tennis Event(s) during any time of the member’s membership with Court Me Tennis.
Disclaimer: You agree to indemnify and hold Court Me Tennis, subsidiaries, affliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any 3rd party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
